gut philosophy

A group of friends felt the need, one happy day, to create something together. Each of them from their personal and professional background. We joined our ideas, knowledge and, most of all, dreams and hopes. Hope to create a place for people to feel just looked after, surprised and as comfortable as possible.


With this purpose Gut was born.


Today we can ensure, and time sides with us, that it was the right philosophy. All the struggle and our obsession to provide the best service and the best available products, was and is worth of it; because it allows us to see so many people, from all over the world, to leave with a smile and a sincere thank you.


When we decide to go to a restaurant, without doubt we enjoy, first of all, eating well, but we are also eager to discover new things: flavours, textures, sensations . . . to be able to take pleasure in all five senses.


At Gut we have achieved this through a place designed with conscience, including good music and a delicate palate. 


We hope not to let anyone down, both the clients that trust us and come back time and again and those who have not visited us yet but that we will receive with the thrill of the first day.
